BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION:
I am grateful that you have chosen me to be a part of your journey towards a more fulfilling life. As you begin this journey, I want to make your experience as easy as possible, so that you can focus on what matters to you the most.
Prior to your arrival, I will be emailing you some initial paperwork so you can fill out before to your appointment. Before you arrive, our office will reach out to you to confirm the date and time of your appointment. Please arrive 20-15 minutes early as you would need to fill-out some additional paperwork..
FIRST SESSION:
If you are new to therapy, it is normal to feel anxious or nerves. Not to worry, I am committed to providing a safe environment.
Basically, our first session is about getting to know one another so that I can help you as quickly as possible. You will be asked some questions, as gathering information will be necessary so that your health insurance will cover your treatment. Other questions will be related to what you need me to know about you and what is happening in your life. I will use this information to guide our sessions. You are welcome to ask questions that you might have and what you hope to gain from your sessions. At the end of our first session, if you decide that you want to continue meeting with me, we will schedule another time to meet.
LENGTH OF SESSIONS:
Individual - 50 minutes
Couples and Families - 75 minutes
CONSULTATION:
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.
PAYMENTS, FEES, & FORM OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Individual Therapy: $225.00 per session.
Couple and Family Therapy: $285.00 per session.
Payment is due at the time of session.
Sliding scale: Upon need and availability.
